Craft Fair Vendor Application

If you would like to take part in our event, please fill in your details in the form below and your booth will be reserved when your payment is received.

Vendor Hours: 12pm – 6pm

Vendor Rules:

No alcohol, smoking or drugs are allowed on the premises.  The sale of any such item is prohibited.

Contact Information:

Vendors must remain open until at least 6pm and are encouraged to remain open as long as there is traffic.

Vendors may start setting up Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am until 11:00am.  All vendors must be setup no later than 11:30am on October 4th.

A vendor fee of $35.00 per 10x10 booth should be submitted with this application by clicking the separate link below. Applications and payments made after October 4th  may not be accepted. Once the online application is complete, a payment link will be sent to your email.  If you prefer, You can make a payment over the phone at 580-429-3940 ext 102 or make all checks out to Sonrise and mail it to 19792 NW Cache Rd Cache, OK. 73527. Your vendor booth will not be reserved until your payment and application are received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booth number and set-up instructions 2 weeks prior to the event.

No tents or canopies may be set up inside the vendor barn.

If you paid for electricity, please bring your own extension cords and/or surge protectors.

Please bring your own tables and chairs.  We will not be providing them.

We are a ministry that labors to change the lives of men in addiction through discipleship. Therefore, the sale of anything vulgar or profane is also strictly prohibited.

All vendors understand they will report and pay their own state and local sales tax on all sales from this event. All vendors are required to clean up the space they occupy. No trash, product, accessories shall be left behind.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract of any vendor for any violation of rules and regulations, or as we deem necessary. We reserve the right to add, delete, interpret, or amend rules and regulations contained herein as we deem necessary. Sonrise is not responsible for any accidents, damage, or theft.
